As a General Manager - Training at Tracmail, Ishtiyaq is responsible for delivering training programs to develop competencies within the workforce. This includes communication skills, cultural orientation, process/product knowledge and skill development.

From technology to financial services, Ishtiyaq has walked many an unconventional step in a short career spanning 9 years. With command in the technical support, retail and collections domain, Ishtiyaq has also demonstrated multi-functional managerial skills in training, transition and software development during his tenure of almost 6 years with Tracmail.

His key achievements include setting up the training & software development unit for the organization. This includes creating training methods, developing a team of highly energetic trainers and designing a homegrown HR ERP system.

Prior to joining Tracmail, he was the Center Manager for Microbits, a hardware and networks training organization.

Ishtiyaq holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mumbai .
