K J Singh, SVP-Operations, heads overall operations at Vashi. He is responsible for client deliverables and ensuring high quality services. He joined Tracmail, a division of TWS, in the year 2000 when it was in its nascent stage and was instrumental in setting up the infrastructure and processes to deliver world-class quality.

Prior to joining Tracmail, KJ was serving with the Indian Navy for over 22 years. He served in various operational billets both ashore and afloat. During his tenure with the Navy he held various operational billets, commanded two frontline ships and his last assignment was as Commander of the aircraft carrier, INS Viraat. His areas of strength are running complex operations and man management.

K J Singh is a post-graduate in Defence Studies from Madras University and alumni of National Defence Academy, Pune and Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.

He is married and has one son.
