At Tracmail, the Transition process comprises of various well-defined steps namely analysis, planning, implementation, governance & improvement. Each process is well mapped with detailed, desk-level analysis and documentation of all relevant tasks, technologies, workflows and functions - primarily with the objective of ensuring that all the parameters and quality standards have been adhered to.

The system focuses on collaborative approach between Tracmail and the client to ensure the process migration is least stressful and is most seamless.

A full project plan is developed for any implementation project. That plan, along with the Client Blueprint document, is used to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within the boundaries necessary.

Our Transition model is staffed with a Core Team comprising of:

A dedicated Transition manager who is the Project Lead
A dedicated Operations manager who would lead the process post transition
A Business Relationship manager who is the interface with the client
