I. WHAT INFORMATION WE GATHER?

TWS live chat registration and information request forms require users to provide us their contact information (name, title, email address and postal address). The information is obtained in order to (a) modify products and services to meet your needs; (b) to send the information you request; (c) to send a transcript of your TWS chat session to you; and/or (d) to personalize your TWS web experience.

II. WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER?

We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary and/or to remit to the customer by email a transcript of the chat session they may have had with one of our agents during a TWS chat session. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is collected at our site so that we can tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Use of browser cookies allows TWS to provide a better, more relevant, customer experience, as well as to regulate Web site functions such as the timing, frequency, and type of advertising. Cookies may also be used to automate entry into password protected parts of TWS site, or to automate data entry functions, so that customers do not have to re-enter data in subsequent visits.

3. Fulfillment houses that are contracted by TWS to expedite delivery of software and other deliverables to TWS customers

IV. WHAT KIND OF SECURITY PROTECTS MY DATA?

TWS protects against the loss, misuse or alteration of any customer data under our control. We use security layers to ensure encrypted data is transferred securely, and we impose very strict rules and regulations on our employees and contractors who have access to servers or databases. Our proprietary security system protects the secured servers of our payment processing system

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor. This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database and to not receive future communications.
